How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Dadfor Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Dadfor Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Note that Dadfor Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@dadfor.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you would like from us
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
