Disclaimer: What Dadfor Heating & Air Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use dadfor.property. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Dadfor Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or other equipment. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider. It is never Dadfor Heating & Air.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We do not promise the quality, timing, price or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to serve your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For General Learning

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Homes and systems differ, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, your location, the equipment and labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general. We promise no level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask your provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Stay Safe

HVAC equipment can involve electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm goes off, get out of the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How Dadfor Heating & Air Gets Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Dadfor Heating & Air when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep the information here correct and current. We cannot promise that it is complete or without errors.
