Dadfor Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you run your own heating and cooling business, you may be able to receive calls from people in Atlanta and the Atlanta area who need AC repair, furnace repair or system replacement.

This is not a job with Dadfor Heating & Air. It is a way to meet homeowners who are already looking for help.

Who We Look For

A good fit is an independent contractor or small company that:

• Works on residential AC, furnaces and full systems
• Holds the licenses and insurance your area requires
• Serves homes in or near our region
• Treats homeowners with patience and respect

Homes here range from older mill-era houses to newer subdivisions, so range of experience is a plus.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us to sort fact from myth. Providers in our network should match that spirit.

• Explain problems in plain words
• Give written quotes before major work
• Never pressure a homeowner to decide on the spot
• Pull permits when they are needed
• Be honest about availability

You stay independent. You set your own prices and do your own work.
